2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following personal data:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number, and your message about your project.
• Chatbot interactions: messages you send via our website chatbot, which may include your name, contact details, and project requirements.
• Cost calculator: the property type, the work and the sizes you choose. These stay in your browser while you use the calculator. They reach us only if you then send an enquiry, or ask us to email you your estimate. Either way they are included in the message so we can price what you asked about, and when you ask for the estimate by email we use your address to send it to you and may write to you once about a free survey.
• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is collected by Google Analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, none of it is collected.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.

Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries) and consent (where you voluntarily submit your information).

4. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookie, and they are not treated the same way.

• Essential cookies and local storage make the site work: remembering your cookie choice, and holding your picks while you use the cost calculator. These are set without asking, because the site cannot function without them, and they stay in your browser.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) tell us which pages people read. These are not set unless you accept them. When you first arrive you are asked, and nothing is sent to Google before you answer. If you decline, Google Analytics never loads at all. If you accept, we also remember which website or link first brought you here, so that an enquiry can tell us how you found us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• The services that carry your enquiry: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs the service that receives it; Resend, which sends our emails, including the confirmation we send you; and FormSubmit, used only if that service cannot be reached.
• Google Analytics, to tell us which pages are read — but only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
• Professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
