A strategic rear extension and full interior refurbishment. By opening up the rear elevation, we created a seamless connection between the living space and the garden, with a roof lantern and gabled glazing bringing light deep into the plan.
Wrap-around extension & full refurbishment
A wrap-around rear and side-return extension to a ground-floor flat, with two chimney breasts carried on new steel, one new floor laid wall to wall with underfloor heating, and a full fit-out, while the flats above stayed occupied.
